This is a low volume drilling machine commonly used for small batches, end runs and hole repairs.

Suitable for all commercial blocks with 1 to 4 symmetrical rows of holes.

After loading the block, the operator indexes the fixture to engage a stylus. The power assist then completes the hole (or) row of holes. Machine requires single phase power and shop air.

Tooling is common for multiple part numbers. It consists of:

• master sector
• backup sector
• drill head
